NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of the members of the Old Victorians’ Association will be held by way of electronic means on 19 March 2025, 6.30 PM Singapore Time for the purpose of considering and, if thought fit, passing with or without modifications the special resolution set out below.
