RI has a very strong C Div team this year. Their top 4 runners beat VS best runner in the Wings and SAA X-country runs. Hope it is not the end of an era for VS.
The teams of B Boys won the title and C Boys came in third
looking at detailed results on Redsports, the school has only one runner finishing in the top for C Division
will VS continue their long standing winning traditions in this sports yet again next year and in the years beyond. I am sure they will.
Congratulations to the teachers, coaches and students!
HCI's coach – Singapore's marathon record holder – has turned average runners into great runners.
RI has great talents coming through.
They are likely to be the new kingpins of cross-country.
In C Division, VS has 82 points compared to RI 30 pts and HCI 33 pts.
In B Division, VS beat HCI narrowly by 5 pts. (55 vs 60).
VS runners position: 2-4-22-27-40-46 vs HCI 10-12-13-25-34-39.
VS best 2 runners beat HCI but 3rd-6th runners lost to HCI 3rd-6th runners.
VS would have lost if the points were taken from best 5 or best 6 runners.
