As a Muslim, he would have been buried yesterday, Joo Peng.
Life is not forever on earth, and we need to be very thankful for every new day – a God's bonus to us.
Take good care.

Yes… very true Bro Jimmy…
Life is not forever…
Treasure every moment…
Though it's easier said than done…
Live Life and Let Life Lives…
My deepest condolences to the Family of a friend, a good friend, a very good Victorian Friend…
I had had the honour and pleasure of having been his form, english, history and pe teacher when he was in sec 1 and 2 in 1987 and 88. It was an enriching experience for me as a teacher to have taught one so in tune with VS and all that she stands for… VS has lost one of her finest sons so prematurely… NIL SINE LABORE. THY SONS ARE WE!
I just paid my respect & goodbye to a good friend 2 days ago, Kiat Chong.
However, when we touch lives with kindness & goodness, the memories of the deceased will forever be etched into our hearts.
Life must move on. We need to continue on – to do our best, and leaving the rest to God.

Rabeek’s passing came as a shock. I still had an uncleared email from him from Sunday when the news broke. He was talking about the upcoming March 8th Victorian Gala and some of the logistics of our planning. We plan our days, but we really do not know what is one step ahead of us – it’s time to cherish our families and put our priorities in place in the midst of this economic turmoil.
Rabeek you left too early, but we remember you for being one of the Victorians who stood out and we thank you for your passion towards the Victorian family.
NIL SINE LABORE THY SONS ARE WE.
For one still young and with his best years still ahead of him, Rabeek left us prematurely. He contributed diligently at our numerous OVAMC meetings and never shirked from any responsibilities asked of him. He was an articulate, helpful and well-mannered young man – a true son of Victoria. He will be missed. And We Shall Not Forget.

Beautiful accolades, Chris for Rabeek.
There are also many who are still around that once a while, we will need to pad their shoulders with praise & gratefulness.
I thank all who are active & volunteering their precious time to help out in OVA. It is often an unthankful activity.
Take good care.
Jimmy
Hi fellow Victorians,
I am terribly shocked. I was working with Rabeek on the awards and tributes for the Gala Dinner. He was the one who showed all the committment and enthusiasm in getting everything done. He was easy to work with. Always patient and understanding. My condolences to his loved ones and close friends. Victoria has lost a good son.
Hi fellow Victorians,
I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to all who may have worked with my elder brother Rabeek in any capacity over the years, be it his time in VS and VJC or during his spell in the OVA. I am extremely proud to hear such praise being showered upon him and I am sure he would be too. I am thoroughly grateful for all the support that my family has received and please do not hesitate to contact me if anything at all. Nil Sine Labore.
