NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
1 Please take notice that the Annual General Meeting of the Members of the Association will be held at:
Victoria Junior College
20 Marine Vista, Singapore 449035
28th March 2008 (Friday)
6:00pm
Please proceed to Lecture Theatre One (LT1).
Light refreshments will be served before the meeting.
2 Agenda:
a. To confirm the Minutes of the preceding Annual General Meeting.
b. To receive the Annual Report of the Management Council.
c. To consider and, if approved, pass the Audited Account and Balance Sheet of the Association for the year ended 31st December 2007.
d. To elect a Management Council for the term from 1st April 2008 to 31st March 2010.
e. To elect two Honorary Auditors.
f. To transact any other business arising from the matters set out in the Agenda.
g. To consider any matter of which at least seven days’ notice in writing has been given to the Honorary General Secretary in accordance with Rule 11(a) of the Rules of the Association.
